Gandhi calls "nonviolence" a force in the world that works
directly and swiftly.
That force comes from our epicenter -
the core consciousness in each of
us that pulses with life
the breadth of our
humanity
our sense of connectedness and
interdependence with all things
Nonviolent Communication reflects this epicenter force and teaches
us to transform problems into mutually held dilemnas for solving by:
1)
making observations free of evaluation
2)
sharing emotions free of interpretation
3)
identifying needs (what we value or want)
4)
making requests (to meet our needs for enhancing
life)
